McConnells fully understands the need to provide a service that meets with our clients demands and therefore where possible we aim to expand and grow with our clients.

We plan to open up more regional offices over time. We use multiple personnel in each position to help train new employees. By doing this, McConnells can expand whilst still maintaining a history of experienced personnel who have worked on previous projects. McConnells has a good record of retaining staff in key positions, whilst recruiting experienced personnel to complement the existing expertise. We are constantly looking for new people to join our team but we are also careful in ensuring these new recruits meet with our exacting standards.
